A designated smoking area is available next to the front desk on the first floor. We appreciate your cooperation.

Check-in hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

(Early check-in before 3:00 PM is available for ¥1,100 per hour.)

Self check-in is available after 11:00 PM. (HotelSmart check-in code is required.)

After your reservation is confirmed, your check-in code will be sent via email or SMS.

If you do not have your HotelSmart check-in code, please contact us by phone or email.

Rental items

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

If you check out before 10:00 AM, please return your room key to the key box at the front desk.

If you would like to extend your stay, please apply at the front desk during business hours.

Front desk hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Please note that the front desk is closed from 11:00 PM until 2:00 PM the following day.

The following services are available until 11:00 PM:

• Welcome drinks　　　　　　　　　　 • Taxi arrangements

• Alcohol sales 　　　　　　　　　　　　• Currency exchange

• Laundry detergent sales for the coin laundry

Coin-operated laundry facilities (3 washing machines and 2 dryers) are available on the 4th floor of the hotel.

A vending machine is available on the 5th floor.

Both facilities are available 24 hours a day. Please feel free to use them at your convenience.

・Washing machine: ¥200 per wash ・Dryer: Free of charge

Laundry detergent: ¥100 per pack (available for purchase in the 4th-floor laundry room or at the front desk)

Please enjoy our wide selection of books in the lobby while relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Manga can be found on the 5th floor.

All books throughout the hotel may be taken to your room.

On July 18, 2025, Pet Salon ONE LUKE Kani opened on the first floor of our hotel.

You can now enjoy your stay while using a pet facility located within the same building as your beloved companion.

Guests staying at the hotel are eligible for a discount when using the salon.
